I work with casino and sportsbook operators in German-speaking markets.
I'm German/Portuguese, I live in Malta, and I have spent the past ten years working in iGaming. Customer support, fraud analysis, poker product and CRM on DACH at Kindred with the Unibet brand, then German CRM for casino and sportsbook at ComeOn through the worst years of re-regulation with Sunmaker and Mobilebet. After that I led a regional CRM team of around 10 managers at a multi-brand agency, covering 20 markets and more than 100 brands, before taking a Head of CRM role building a central CRM function from scratch.
Before all of that I played poker professionally for eight years. That is where the habit came from. Assume your read is wrong until the numbers say otherwise.
What I'm good at
German-first retention and lifecycle design, casino and sportsbook.
Making CRM work inside German regulatory constraints rather than around them.
Building CRM functions and processes where none existed.
German content systems that do not sound translated.
What I'm not
I am a CRM and content specialist, not a compliance advisor. When a project needs licensing or compliance input, I bring in a German compliance specialist who works on the regulated market. She contracts separately, so you get proper advice from someone qualified to give it.
