How it works
Intake workshop, 90 minutes. What the brand is for, who it targets, what it should sound like, and what it must never sound like.
Build, two to three weeks. I write the system: tone of voice in German, a glossary of the terms your players actually use, register and formality rules, banned phrasing, worked examples across email, push, on-site and bonus copy, and a prompt library that produces on-brand German rather than generic German.
Handover, 60 minutes. I train your team to use it and to extend it. It is their system after this, not mine.
Why this beats translation
Translated copy inherits English sentence rhythm and English marketing register. German players read it as foreign. Every operator ends up sounding identical because they all translate from the same English source. A German-first system produces copy that sounds like your brand and only your brand.

A model will write correct German. It will not know what a Freispiel promotion should sound like, what a German sportsbook customer calls a Kombiwette, or where the line sits between friendly and try-hard for a German audience. The system is what encodes that.

This is rebuilding, not translation. Your English copy gets adjusted for register, terminology corrected to what German players actually say rather than what a dictionary returns, references swapped for ones that land, and compliance-sensitive phrasing handled properly.
